Guidance on Providing Contents

Contents for insertion should be placed in separate word documents with no more than 2 photos per graphic editing page. Please specify URLs of pages if it is an existing website.

There is an additional cost per extra exceeded page/s in the allotted number of pages that is only included in the chosen package. Kindly provide us the number of total site pages and some samples content documents. You may request from our staff an approximate quotation or cost for the additional pages for your guidance.

Site Branding Agreement

Design4epage requires all our clients to carry our designation such as:

Designed by Design4epage.com phrase with link (or a small 100x15) Design4epage logo or Design4epage icon logo with link) on all pages and web sited we have exclusively designed.

An additional penalty cost of 15% on the total cost of the project will be given if our designation will not be displayed per this agreement.

As our client, you are still bound by our site branding agreement even after the project is completed and handed over to you,  to display our branded notice/logo as long as the design is still in use whether modified or not.

Our [4D] Work Process

 Discovery

Design4epage gathers vital information about the client and/or his/her business that will help in formulating the design for the website.  A simple design questionnaire in word document format is sent via e-mail to the client, and after which the copy must be forwarded back to Design4epage team.

 Design

Design4epage starts processing the actual design or layout conceptualization. Draft copies will be created and presented to the client for review, revision and approval based on the requirements forwarded to the team.  Additional input may be given during the revisions.

 Develop

Design4epage will convert to HTML, or to a CMS Theme, or a full website the selected and approved design by the clientele, depending on the acquired package.  The team includes Quality Assurance process such as link testing, proof reading, browser compatibility checking, etc. for best quality result.

 Delivery

Design4epage is ready to deliver the checked and final project to the client, either via e-mail or to be downloaded from the server. Deliverables will be packaged in a ZIP/RAR file together with everything that is to be included in the package.
